Why would I sell my note?

People have tons of reasons to sell their monthly payments on the note. Maybe you don't want to worry about late payments, no payments, possibly foreclosure. Maybe the person who owes you is a friend or your relative and you don't want to foreclose neither you want to lose your money. Maybe you've just had a medical emergency and you need money to pay the bills. Maybe your kid is going to college and you need money now. Maybe you are just divorced and need to pay off. Maybe you found a better investment opportunity. Maybe you just realized the payments are too low and lump sum of cash now would be better. Maybe you are about to buy your dream house. Maybe you want to take a nice vacation, finally! Maybe you are moving out of town.
